When people ask me how I’ve stayed at the same company for nearly 5 years (unheard of among my Millennial peers), I always have the same answer.

My coworkers.

The team at Haven Life is made up of warm, smart and funny individuals who also happen to be really fantastic at planning Bring Your Kids to Work Day.

The team thoughtfully plans an all-day itinerary that includes a coding game, an introduction to what insurance is, a shark tank competition and, most importantly, lunch and a movie with mom or dad.

Now an annual thing, #BYKTWD is always an adorable reminder of just how much we’ve grown as an organization. Many of the little ones in this video were babies (or not even born yet!) when Haven Life first started.

What better way to see what we do every day than through the eyes of our team’s children. Enjoy.
